The Boston Bobcats will hosting online workouts starting this week every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5PM – 6:30PM for all age groups. These workouts will be a combination of ball handling, strength and conditioning. Every should have 1-2 basketballs and if you resistance/exercise bands.
We hope everyone is staying safe, we excited to back on the courts soon!
